Booking, Cancellation & Tour Policies
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your spot on a tour. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation by Guest
More than 7 days before departure
Guests may cancel and receive a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees charged by the booking platform.
Within 7 days of departure
Bookings are non-refundable. However, if your seat can be filled by another guest, Moosey Adventures may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit toward a future tour.
No-Shows
Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point on time will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Moosey Adventures
Tours require a minimum of 6 participants to operate. Moosey Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour if the minimum participants are not met or due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Road closures
- Vehicle issues
- Insufficient participant numbers
- Safety concerns
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If Moosey Adventures cancels a tour, guests will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer to a future tour date.
Itinerary Changes
While we strive to follow the advertised itinerary, Moosey Adventures reserves the right to modify routes, stops, schedules, attractions, or activities when necessary due to weather, traffic, safety considerations, business operating hours, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any substitutions will be of comparable quality whenever possible.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
- Arriving on time at the designated departure location.
- Following all safety instructions provided by the guide.
- Respecting fellow guests, staff, businesses, and public spaces visited during the tour.
- Informing Moosey Adventures of any mobility concerns or special requirements before departure.
Moosey Adventures reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or negatively impacts the experience of others. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
Food, Drinks & Personal Expenses
Unless specifically stated, tour prices do not include:
- Meals
- External Snacks
- Alcoholic beverages
- Gratuities
- Personal Souvenirs
- Optional activities
- Personal purchases
Liability
Participation in Moosey Adventures tours involves travel and outdoor activities that carry inherent risks. By participating, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided throughout the experience.
Moosey Adventures is not responsible for delays, interruptions, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, actions of third-party businesses, or acts of nature.
Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify Moosey Adventures before the tour begins.
