Booking & Payment
How do I book a trip?
Pick a Highlight from our Adventures page, choose your date and group size, customize your Signature Experience, and confirm. Our booking platform is launching shortly — for now, an inquiry by email gets you onto the calendar.
Can I change my date?
Yes. Date changes are free up to 14 days before your trip, and we’ll do our best to accommodate later changes — just write to us and we’ll work it out together.
What´s your weather / cancellation policy?
We run rain or shine — rain often makes for the best photos. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule at no cost. Cancellations more than 14 days out are fully refundable; 7–14 days, a small fee applies; under 7 days, we’ll offer a credit toward a future trip.
What to Expect
What´s included in the price?
Round-trip transport from Toronto, your full guided day, homemade snacks and local delicacies, tea and coffee (including our dehydrated flower tea ritual), a Polaroid keepsake, and Moosey’s Tips at every stop. Signature Experiences and the Morning Basket are personalizations on top.
What should I bring?
Layers, a refillable water bottle, comfy walking shoes, and a camera if you like one. We’ll handle the rest. If your trip has a swim stop, we’ll flag it on your confirmation.
Is this trip good for solo travelers?
Very much so. Many of our guests come solo, and our small-group format makes it easy to fall into conversation — or stay quiet by the window. Both are welcome.
Group & Accessibility
What´s the group size?
Up to 12 guests, usually 6–10. Small enough that we know your name, big enough that the day has good energy.
Is the van accesible?
Our current van has a manual step. We’re working on a fully accessible option — in the meantime, please write to us about specific needs and we’ll find a way to make it work.
Can I book a Private Group Booking?
Yes — any of our Highlights can be booked privately for your group. Head to the Celebrations page, or send us a note with your date in mind.
Celebrations, Corporate & School
How does the inquiry process work?
Send us the form on the Celebrations page (or just email us). We reply personally, usually same-day, with a couple of starting ideas and a short list of questions. From there we build the itinerary together.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Three to six weeks is the sweet spot for celebrations, longer if you have a specific date in mind during peak season (June–October). Corporate and school programs are best planned a season ahead — those pages are coming soon.
